Sandcastle Wellness retreat shows the period of relaxation through dialogue and critical thinking centered around Femi Olukoya Intensive programming, a curriculum designed specifically for men of color that will not only focus on individual and group therapy but the importance of fun and self-care. The men's retreat will be a weekend getaway held at Rancho Buena Vida, located on 150 acres, less than an hour from downtown Austin.
